All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

1.2 Shipping Within UAE

We deliver across the UAE through our trusted courier partners. Typical delivery times:

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 business days
• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, and other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (check promotions on our homepage).

1.3 International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on select products. Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7–14 business days. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

1.4 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using our courier’s tracking portal or through your BuyVerse account.

1.5 Delays

Delays may occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues. If your order is delayed, our customer service team will notify you promptly.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (e.g., cosmetics, personal care, or intimate products) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

2.2 Return Process

2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

2.3 Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

2.4 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
