All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
1.2 Shipping Within UAE
We deliver across the UAE through our trusted courier partners. Typical delivery times:
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 business days
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, and other Emirates: 2–5 business days
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (check promotions on our homepage).
1.3 International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on select products. Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7–14 business days. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
1.4 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using our courier’s tracking portal or through your BuyVerse account.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

3. Cancellations
